VF NH. June 1946 post-war issue commemorating the 101st Airborne Division for its role in the Battle of Bastogne liberating Belgium. Showing a paratrooper and the 101 shoulder patch, a "screaming eagle." Set overprinted with, "Hommage a Roosevelt" to honor the late president. Overprinted by the Belgian-American association with additional small circular handstamp on reverse.
