VF NH. 1950 contribution stamps for the dedication of the Bastogne war memorial. Two vertical se tenant pairs, one stamp with a US Army crest, the other a drawing of the memorial. One inscribed, "battle of the Bulge, 10fr." the other, "Bastogne dedication 16 July 1950, 10fr." in English or Frence.
