VF NH, British-made propaganda forgery with Hans Frank on 20-pfennig Generalgovernment stamp instead of Hitler. Hans Frank was one of Hitler's top lieutenants and was Hitler's legal advisor. He was Governor-General of occupied Poland the location of Auschwitz and Treblinka all though he denied any knowledge of them.
