The stamps raised funds for the Flemish Waffen SS Legion Fighting on the Russian Front. Note, four types of 1943 overprint exist.&nbsp; Set will have matching overprints. VF NH, issued under German occupation to support the Netherlands Legion fighting with the Nazis on the Russian Front. The 7½-cent stamp had a 2½-cent surcharge, while the 12½-cent issue a huge 87½-cent surcharge. Set of sheetlets of four and 10.
