Who We Are Established in 1980, our goal has been to provide collectible
stamps at a reasonable price. We belong to the American Stamp Dealers Association and the American Philatelic Society.
Owned and operated by Martin and Nancy Shupe, we started the business while in the U.S. Army and continued it while in
Germany for a number of years. After 25 years of service we retired in 1995, and began our full-time schedule. Since then
we have averaged 35-40 west-coast stamp shows per year. In 1999 we began sales on eBay and reduced our show schedule.
We do shows as Martin Shupe Stamps. We focus on United States and German stamps and covers, but always have a great selection
of other countries for our customers.
Below we explain our guarantee, shipping charges and other procedures.

Shipping and HandlingWe mail your order
via U.S. Postal Service as soon as possible after we receive it. Shipping is $3.50 per order, which includes insurance, and
proper packing with a stiffener and waterproof sleeve. UPS and FedEx available at extra cost.
Overseas Orders are also $3.50 but, no insurance is available unless sent registered mail, an additional $10.50, the amount
charged by the U.S. Postal Service.
Additional purchases may be included with eBay shipments. Be sure to let us know about any necessary adjustment.

Our Guarantee We guarantee what we sell,
both for your satisfaction and for genuineness. We offer a full refund if you send back items within seven days of receipt.
In the event you wish any item certified, we will extend that guarantee for an additional 60 days to allow for the process.
Full refunds are made on returned items unless otherwise instructed.
